  We aren’t developers who do a little bit of design, or designers who do a little bit of development. We believe we are one of the few smaller web companies who can truly cover both areas at a high quality.

• We don’t pretend to be the cheapest web agency in the industry
  We do attest to the fact that our quality work, track record and skill-set offers one of the best value propositions around . We continue to win over proposals from our competitors!
   
• We won’t work for minimum wage just because someone has a limited budget.
  This should go without saying, but actually it doesn’t. If you have a limited budget my suggestion is to spend that money to buy some books on CSS, PHP and Drupal and learn how to do it yourself. It takes time, but it is doable. Hey, we even provide free tips in our blog!
   
• We won’t hire or work with third world outsourcing companies.
  Sure, we could turn a profit by handing over work to Indian design sweat shops that work for 4 dollars an hour, but we won’t.
   
• We won’t add an unlimited stream of new features to a project without a reassessment of project scope.
  This is a really important one. If you keep changing your original estimate, we will need to charge you an hourly rate, or we should postpone it for the next phase of development.
   
• Consulting is a service, and some companies make their money providing only this service.
  We can not create mockups for a site as part of the bidding process. Likewise we will not give detailed explanations before payment has been made. There is a term for giving advice as to how to build a site or how to approach a particular technical issue, it’s called consulting. Telling you how we intend to do our job before you hire us is essentially handing over free consultation with no compensation.
   
• Phone conversations needs to be planned
  If we are going to have a phone meeting it needs to planned, so we can be focused on that particular issue.
   
• Ethical Rules
  We will not create any site directly promoting any product, service, or organization directly involved in the torture, killing, or exploitation of human or non-human animals. This by inference includes weapons manufacturers, the meat industry, the fur industry, pornographic sites, companies who outsource to third world sweat shops etc…
